The house was an original 1930’s workers cottage left uncared for until 2014. Smith Architects, lovingly restored and sympathetically extended the character cottage to breathe life back to the building.

Carefully planned and designed to absorb the warmth of the sun in winter and to provide spaces that capture ocean breeze and shade in summer, you’ll feel connected to this home and the place on arrival.
